It's definitely our most polished recording to date and has some quality material that the whole band is proud of. We'll be getting our debut on the Scotland airwaves this coming Monday at 4 PM statside. Revival FM will be featuring "Distant Lights", a cut from our upcoming EP Asleep On The Watch. It will be played during the "Myspace" portion of the show, which airs from the hours of 2-4 PM here in the states. "Going Home" has been recognised by the Billboard World Song Contest! The Daniel Quinn penned hit won an "honorable mention" and was placed among the top 500 entrants worldwide! Congrats to Dan on his recent achievement!

It has now been officially confirmed that Angels Wake will be playing Godstock 2007! We'll be alongside such bands as Disciple, Everyday Sunday, Storyside B, Project 86, Dizmas, Day of Fire, and many more. It's going to be an awesome festival and we look forward to playing! 2006 was a great year for Angels Wake - we got the chance to record in Nashville with a top notch producer, play with some excellent artists (John Reuben, Kids in the Way, The Mint, The Violet Burning and others) and hang out with some great people. We're looking to make 2007 an even better year, and we're starting things off with a bang. Starting in January, you'll see some new faces in our lineup. Ryan Wiggins has taken over lead guitar duties. He's an excellent guitar player and I know you guys will think he rocks just as much as we do. We have some exciting things in store for the year, and we appreciate all you guys who have hung in there and supported the band. Our latest single, "If You Only Knew..." is now being played on a new radio station - WTCB. They'll be putting our single in rotation during their inaugural broadcast on January 16th! AJ LeBresco will be taking up lead guitar duties in the near future and moving from his position on bass guitar. AJ is an accomplished guitarist and will help bring Angels Wake's new sound to the next level. We are currently auditioning bass players to complete our new lineup.
